The Museum of Earth

Immersive Experience Studio - Fall 2022 - Professor Pete Carsillo

The previously undiscovered planet known as Earth was originally identified after an artifact drifted into our galaxy. This artifact contained a golden disc which, when eventually decoded, included a massive trove of information about the planet it came from and its people. After many years of study and several expeditions to the surface, we are proud to bring the beauty and strangeness of Earthling culture to the many peoples of the Galactic Commons.

NOTE: The information presented here was collected before the discovery of living Earthlings (or Humans) within GC space and contains inaccurate assumptions and stereotypes about Humans. Through consultation with Human representatives, we have elected to maintain this content as it is to foster discussion to create a better future together.

Plan your Visit

See the artifact that first brought word of Earth to us. Learn how the messages were decoded and visit a recreation of the lab where Dr. Kedek Rondak made his breakthrough. Explore the many images the Earthlings chose to transmit and what they tell us about their people.

Messages from Earth

The dig site at the Temple Zone unearthed a treasure trove of relics of Earthling life. See the many varieties of funerary urns, sacred idols, and miniature shrines. You can also explore a reproduction of an IKEA, the mausoleum complex where Earthlings believed their spirits dwelled after death.

The PLanet Earth

Get up close and personal with some of Earth's most fearsome predators, like the flying whales and the sharp-clawed swans. See the peculiarities of an environment based entirely on oxygen (although our dioramas are completely non-toxic).

The People of Earth

The discovery of living Earthlings and their adoption into the Galactic Commons has identified the need to update our museum. We are hard at work on the creation of a new exhibit detailing the Earthling diaspora and their relationships with GC species. Revisit at a later time for an announcement as to when this exhibit will be open.
